The latest gimmick or shoe will not make you run faster. Understanding and applying proper run mechanics can make you run faster with less effort.
The fastest endurance runners share the many of the same run mechanics and characteristics. Breaking down these characteristics and applying them to YOUR running WILL make you run faster and more efficiently.
Learn the same run mechanics and apply them to your run. Run relaxed and efficiently in just a short period of time. It’s not a short cut, it’s smart running.
Like swimming the application of proper technique takes time and patience and is something that needs to be worked on during every workout.

You are taught how to swing a golf club, tennis racket or baseball bat. Generally speaking, you’re not taught how to run. During coaching sessions, the running form is broken down and explained, mirroring the same teaching philosophy I use with swimming. Drills to emphasize different parts of run mechanics are introduced. At the end of the session we put it all back together. A video of you running is shot at the end of the session and will be sent to you.
Each session is 30-40 minutes.
