The fastest endurance runners share  many of the same run mechanics and characteristics. Breaking down these characteristics and applying them to YOUR running WILL make you run faster and more efficiently.

 

Learn the same run mechanics  and apply them to your run. Run relaxed and efficiently in just a short period of time. It’s not a short cut, it’s smart running.

 

Like swimming the application of proper technique takes time and mindful practice during every workout.

YOUR SESSION

 

During coaching sessions, the running form is broken down and explained, mirroring the same teaching philosophy I use with swimming.

 

Drills to emphasize different parts of run mechanics are introduced.

 

At the end of the session we put it all back together.

 

A video of you running is shot at the end of the session and will be sent to you.

 

Each session is 30-40 minutes.
